Each week on Thursday beginning June 17th and winding up on October 7th, the annual Monticello Main Street Farmer's Market will gather in the shady location in front of the Community Building on North State Street--Allerton Library. Many of your favorite vendors will be back with seasonal fruits, vegetables, plants, flowers, breads, and more. Come meander around the vendor booths to search out the best of the summer, and later, the fall produce.
Renee Fruendt, market manager said, "There are always special events planned to go with in conjunction with the market. Special features will be music, drawings for gifts, crafts for kids, a demonstration on making fresh salsa, and much more." If you are interested in becoming a vendor or need more information about the market call Renee Fruendt at 762-3661 or the Main Street office, 762-9318 or email info@monticellomainstreet.org.See you at the Market!
