Pearls & More

From traditional to modern, from fashion-focused to distinctive styles, Pearls & More strives to offer amazing jewelry in a variety of metal and gem combinations at unbelievable prices.

Owner Bill Haworth combines his two professions, a flight attendant who travels around the world and a gemology student at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), into a unique business offering beautiful jewelry for very affordable prices.

Pearls & More carries pearls of all kinds from the highest quality of Akoya (saltwater) pearls to inexpensive freshwater pearls in all shapes and sizes. In addition, we have black Tahitian pearls and south sea pearls in both white and golden colors.

Many of the pearls are in traditional necklace, bracelet or earring settings. We also carry pearls mixed with other gemstones—both faceted and polished—and beads, fashion glass and unusual raw materials that create one-of-a-kind treasures. These unique pieces of jewelry will accent any outfit, whether it’s for a special occasion, for work or just for everyday wear.

Pearls & More also carries a large assortment of earrings, in all price ranges, for formal and everyday wear.

But there is more than pearls at Pearls & More. Emeralds, rubies, sapphires, diamonds, as well as gemstones of all colors, set in various metal combinations, are a significant part of the Pearls & More inventory.

What makes Pearls & More unique is the fact that owner, Bill Haworth, literally shops the world finding unique designs for his shop. He travels directly to the designers and exporters of fine, fashion and loose gems and purchases directly from them. Sometimes he even carries loose pearls from one country to another to have them set in settings that will be unique to Pearls & More.

He also takes care of every aspect of his business, from marketing, accounting, display, selling, buying and even does all his own “broker” paper work to get his jewelry out of one country and into the United States through a sometimes complicated customs process. The customs fees (tariffs) are the only “extra” fees at Pearls & More. Because Bill eliminates all the middlemen, Pearls & More can offer tremendous savings to all customers.

All jewelry is marked at the lowest possible price everyday, making every customer a special customer. Bill doesn’t believe in marking his jewelry items up so that he can offer “special deals.” Everyone is special, and everyone gets the best deal. There is no need to wait for your “birthday month,” “inventory reduction sales,” “early bird” or “special occasion” sales. The BEST price is the price marked on each item—everyday for every customer.

Bill manages and works the shop only on the days that he is not traveling for the airline, thus keeping over-head down even more. Pearls & More may not be open every day, but the tremendous savings that you find there are worth the wait until he gets home and opens the shop!

Pearls & More is always open the first 5 days of every month—even if those days fall on a holiday or a weekend.

Regular store hours (the first five days of every month and any additional days each month) are Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Sunday and Holidays 12:00 noon to 4:00 PM.

During the month of December, Pearls & More will be open everyday through December 1st through the 24th, with extended hours Monday through Thursday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Friday 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM (Bill takes vacation time from the airlines to keep the store open more during the holidays for your convenience.)
