Membership to Monticello MainStreet is open to anyone with an interest in the revitalization in the community.

Who should join and why?

• Municipal Government - benefits with an increased property and sales tax.
• Downtown Property Owners - realize increased occupancy rates, stable rent, and use of under-utilized space, receive information regarding the Federal Historic Preservation Tax Credits.
• Downtown Business Owners - benefit from increased sales, business growth, and expansion.
